You may pay for your order with major credit cards. We accept Visa and MasterCard in Canada and United States. Frogs Hollow collects and remits sales taxes required by law. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post and will be processed within 48 hrs and delivered within 10 days. Cancellations of orders can only be made prior to shipping AND by calling : (604) 882 4688

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return your order within 21 days of purchase date. Please contact us at: (604) 882 4688 and a full refund will be given with the return of the shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and no Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments will be accepted.

SHIPPING

10% will be added to orders shipped in Canada 15% will be added to orders shipped to the U.S.A.
